Guarantee: Royal Variations guarantees that our animals are healthy, feeding, properly sexed and competitively priced.

Deposits: A 25% deposit is required to reserve any animal or animals. All reservations are made on a "first come, first serve" basis. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cannot fill your order with in a year. In such a case, we can either apply your deposit towards a future order, or we can refund your deposit.

Shipping: All orders must be paid in full before shipment. All freight charges and permit fees must be paid in advance for international orders.

Royal Variations recommends shipping via air freight, insured for full value with either Delta or US Airways. Delta DASH offers limited insurance and requires payment in advance. Packages must be inspected at the airport in front of an airline representative. If any of the animals have expired during shipment, your claim is with the carrier, not Royal Variations.

FedEx and UPS are other options for shipping. Both have services that deliver overnight, uninsured to your door. Deliveries must be received and signed for at the first delivery attempt.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to receive shipments and to inspect packages immediately. The buyer is to notify Royal Variations of any problems or concerns with in 24 hours of delivery. After such time, Royal Variations does not assume responsibility or liability for any animal delivered.

Royal Variations only ships when the weather permits. When the weather does not permit shipments, we gladly take care of your snakes until shipping is possible.

Payment: Royal Variations accepts personal checks, business checks, cashiers checks and money orders. International orders must be paid by wire transfer or an international bank check drawn on a United States bank. Prices are subject to change without notice.
